Instructions
Chop carrots, onions and celery and cook in a pan with plenty of oil.
Add wine, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat for half an hour.
Let cool and then pour the mixture over the meat or venison marinate it covered for about 24 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of red wine
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 costa of celery
- Thyme
- 2 cups of wine vinegar
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
- Peppercorns
