Instructions
The doses to marinate beef 1000 g.
Put the vegetables and spices in a pan with the wine, 10 cl vinegar, 2 glasses of water and a little salt.
Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat and covered pot for about an hour.
Pour boiling again on the piece of meat to marinate.

- 200 g of celery
- 150 g of carrots
- 3 leaves of laurel
- 3 cloves
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 10 cl of wine vinegar
- Little of salt
- 2 cups of water
