Salt and pepper the meat to marinate, and then cover with slices of onion, parsley, thyme and Bay leaves, chopped garlic cut into thin slices.
Over pour the emulsified oil with a little lemon juice.
Keep cool for about 2 hours.
You can also use to marinate chicken and Turkey meat.
