Instructions
Crumble crumbs in a bowl and cover with milk.
After half an hour squeeze it and put it in a nonstick pan with the butter, and let it dry.
Pour into a bowl with eggs, 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix well and let stand covered.
Heat the broth, and when it boils, lower the heat and take the mixture to half-teaspoons and drop them in the broth, continuing quickly.
Cook for about 5 minutes, and serve with Parmesan cheese.

- 180 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of butter
