Cod with chicory hearts
Instructions
Clean the cod and cut a pocket.
Fill them with chicory previously passed in a pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper and then pureed with egg white.
Bake cod stuffed steak in a pan with oil and continue cooking over low heat.

- 250 g of cod
- 100 g of chicory salad
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 egg whites
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
