Instructions

If the cod is that you leave it in salt to soak in water for at least 12 hours.

Drain them and dry well.

Cut it into pieces and wash it in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.

Let it FRY in hot oil from both sides so that the golden crust.

Lower the heat, add the sliced onions, cover and let simmer until the onions are well softened.

Served piping hot.
