Salt cod with olives and raisins
Instructions
Cut the cod into pieces, then flour and fry them lightly on both sides, then dry on paper towels.
Chop the onion and Golden in colour in olive oil, add the raisins found in water, olives, and finally, the cod, deglazing with dry white wine.
Now add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Continue cooking for a few minutes and serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.

- 700 g of cod soaked
- Flour
- 400 g of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sultanas
- 3 tablespoons of pitted black olives
- Hot pepper
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt

- Sprinkling 1 of chopped parsley
