Beef with vegetables (2)
Instructions
In boiling salted water, blanch the bean sprouts, until they become transparent (for 3 or 4 minutes).
Drain, dry and cut into pieces.
Cut the meat into strips and unite in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white wine to marinate.
Cut the onion and mushrooms in strips, as well as carrots and peppers.
Briefly saute the onion and Cook all the vegetables.
Add another bit of olive oil and cook the meat.
Add the bean sprouts, the remaining sauce, Sesame, pepper, stir and serve.

- 250 g of lean beef
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of white wine
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic

- 1 chopped onion
- 100 g of bean sprouts
- 60 g of mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- 1 pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
