Instructions

Mix the beef with a sauce of onion parsley garlic, Rosemary and Sage with a little oil.

Combine the egg, parmesan and form of medallions.

Brown them in butter and garlic, sprinkled with wine, then add the tomato, salt and pepper.

Cook for 20 minutes.
