Baccalà in vizcaino sauce
Instructions
Fry the slices of cod with flour, then place them in a baking dish greased.
With Browning oil baccalà, saute the pepper and the garlic and onion.
Put in order on cod: tomato sauce, peppers, sauteed garlic and onion; then go in the hot oven for 15 minutes.

- 400 g of wet salted cod
- 1 peeled peppers
- Tomato sauce
- 1 large chopped onion
- Spiccho = 1 = chopped garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
