Mango sherbet
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for a few seconds, until you get a smooth and homogeneous juice.
Transfer the drink in a pitcher and refrigerate for two to three hours.
If you can replace the milk with water.
It is excellent eaten with grilled meats.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of ripe mango pulp
- 57 cl of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of powdered cardamom
- 1 tablespoon of rosewater
- 30 cl of cold water
