Instructions

Melt chocolate with very little water, add sugar and almonds, mixing constantly, until they are well combined.

There are also piles on the marble.

Boiling sugar becomes liquid and the giuleppa is boiling sugar with a little water.

Almonds must be well mixed in this syrup and then made cool.
