Maltagliati cream (2)
Instructions
Boil al dente the maltagliati.
Work the butter with a whip, chop the tuna and fillets, mix in butter and add the mascarpone cheese, wine and a pinch of oregano and salt.
Dress the maltagliati with the cream and merge, if necessary, 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
Mix well and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta maltagliati
- 50 g of butter
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 120 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 anchovy fillets
- Oregano
- 1 tablespoon of white wine
- Salt
