Flavoured malloreddus
Instructions
Sauté the sliced onion in the oil, whole garlic and peeled and crumbled sausage.
Add the tomato pulp, salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
Add the chopped Basil.
Cook the malloreddus (Sardinian gnocchi) in salted water in which was dissolved saffron.
Drain, season it with the sauce and plenty of cheese.

- 400 g of type sardinian pasta dumplings
- 100 g of sausage
- 1 onion
- 500 g of tomato pulp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sachet of saffron
- Basil
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
