Cod with mint
Instructions
In a crock (tajine) FRY in oil the onion cut into julienne.
Add about 1/2 liter of water, potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces, the chopped cloves of garlic, the parsley and the mint leaves, then add the cod and cover flush with hot water.
As it begins to boil, add salt and sprinkle with spices.
Cover with the lid and let simmer until the cod will be thoroughly cooked.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 pieces of baccalà (125 g pieces)
- 150 g of onion
- 300 g of potatoes
- 10 cl of olive oil
- Water
- For the sauce:
- 35 g of parsley
- 35 g of moroccan fresh mint (naa naa)
- 7 g of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 7 g of fresh ground white pepper
- Salt
