Instructions
Open book-the meat.
Mix the ricotta with the boiled peas, chopped olives, grain, wine, salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture over the meat, roll it up and sew with thread.
Brown the meat and mushrooms in oil and butter, add the hot broth and cook for 1 hour and 1/2.
Arrange in a baking dish sliced meat with its juices and cream.
Go in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

- 1500 g of slice of roast leg of pork
- 250 g of ricotta
- 100 g of peas
- Green olives
- 100 g of grana
- 4 tablespoons of white wine
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Butter
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 2 cups of broth
- 3 tablespoons of cream
