Peel the peaches and cut them into cubes.
Wash and reel off the cherries, cut into cubes the apricots, Apple and banana.
Collect all the fruit in a bowl and add lemon juice.
Dissolve the sugar in 1 saucepan with 1 cup of water and wine.
Let simmer for a moment and allow the syrup to cool.
Join cedar and pour it over the fruit.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
