Instructions

Roast couscous in a saucepan with oil and sautéed chopped onion; pour the boiling stock wire and allow it to swell; Shell.

Jumping of artichoke stems in pan with oil and combine them to couscous.

Cook the cod cubes hanging them on a source of water vapor flavoured with lemon zest and Mint.

Cook the tomato sauce in a pan with a little oil, garlic and basil.

Serve the cod on couscous.

Drizzle with the sauce first.
