Macedonia by october
Instructions
Remove grapes from clusters, wash dry and cut in half.
Place in a soup-tureen.
Combine the grains of pomegranate, Apple peeled and diced and sliced banana.
Mix and sprinkle with sugar.
Sprinkle macedonia with grapefruit juice and maraschino.
Mix again and let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 bunch of white grapes
- 1 bunch of black grapes
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- Sugar
- 1 dram of maraschino
