Codfish with milk
Instructions
Slice the onions and place them in the bottom of a baking dish.
Cut the codfish, flour it and place it over the onions.
Add salt, pepper, add plenty of oil and arrange on top of butter curls.
Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 3 hours, basting constantly with milk.
