Kiwi Salad (Macedonia al Kiwi)
Instructions
Peel the kiwi, cut into thin slices and put them in 1 Bowl; Peel the bananas, make them into rings, sprinkle with lemon juice and merge them to kiwi.
Sprinkle with sugar, then add the chopped nuts walnuts and pineapple pieces.
Sprinkle with maraschino and let marinate for 1 hour.
Serve in bowls with salad cream, previously mounted with the icing sugar, apart.

- 4 kiwi
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 slices of pineapple
- Sugar
- 100 g of nuts
- Cream
- Icing sugar
- 1/2 cup of maraschino
