Macaroni radish and smoked
Instructions
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion with the frayed ham.
Next, add the radicchio cut into strips, which you have previously carefully washed and drained, and adjust salt.
Simmer for about 5-6 minutes, stirring often and add the milk little by little.
Meanwhile, scalded the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the pan.
Finally, the fire pan, sprinkle with the chopped smoked and stir thoroughly amalgamating vigorously.
Serve warm immediately and streamers.
