Instructions
Dice mushrooms cleaned and washed.
In saucepan Brown 1 chopped onion with the olive oil and a little butter, then add the meat and allow to brown slightly, and mushrooms: to flavor mixing.
Join the elongated tomato sauce with 2 ladles of hot broth.
Add salt and cook for 30 minutes.
Before removing from heat, add, stirring, 1 knob of butter mixed with 1 teaspoon of flour, so that the sauce will harden.
Cook pasta al dente and dress with the sauce.
