Cod a modo mio
Instructions
Make a sauce of the onion in a little oil, flour salt cod fillets, add them to the sauce and let it take focus color vibrant.
Add the tomatoes (the tomatoes crushed with a fork), add salt if necessary, and cook for 10 minutes in pan.
Add olives and capers (rinsed), turn right again and cook for a minute to be in season.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

- 800 g of soaked salt cod fillets
- 1 onion
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 handful of black olives
- 1 handful of salted capers
- Little of olive oil
- Flour
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
