Macaroni with Zucchini (2)
Instructions
Peel, wash and slice the zucchini, brown them with oil and the shallots, add chopped and washed away the borraggine, add salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan heat the ricotta thinned with milk.
Cook the macaroni al dente, toss with the ricotta cream, Zucchini, pepper and Marjoram.
