Maccheroni with ricotta
Instructions
Put the ricotta in a bowl and add the sugar and cinnamon.
Cook the macaroni in salted water just dilute the ricotta with a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water, drain the pasta, pour into Bowl and mix well.
