Macaroni with Ricotta (2)
Instructions
Mix the ricotta with a touch of cinnamon, warm milk and sugar.
Cook pasta al dente in boiling salted water, pour into a bowl and season it with ricotta.
Mix and stir quickly, then serve immediately.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 1/2 cup of milk
