Macaroni with Ricotta (Maccheroni con La Ricotta)
Instructions
Sauté the sliced onion in 1 pan with the oil, then add the tomatoes peeled and seedless, add salt and cook for about 1 hour on low heat.
Shortly before turning off add the Basil.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta al dente and apart, 1 soup tureen, mix the ricotta with 1 ladle of pasta cooking water.
Add ricotta 1 ladle of sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Pour the dough, mix, drizzle with the rest of the gravy.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 1000 g of fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 200 g of ricotta
