Macaroni with mushrooms and sausage
Instructions
Soak mushrooms in warm water, squeeze, chop and conserve water.
To dry the sliced onion in oil for 10 minutes, then add the peeled and browned sausage.
Add the mushrooms, sprinkle with water, salt and pepper.

Boil macaroni in salted water, drain and toss with the sauce and Parmesan.
