Macaroni with anchovies
Instructions
Clean and wash the anchovies, then open them in half and sauté them in a pan with a little oil for 10 minutes.
After you place the anchovies on a plate, pour in the same container again a little oil, add the finely chopped onion and sauté gently.
When Golden, add a tablespoon of tomato sauce, a little water, salt and a ground pepper; then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Then add a spoonful of finely chopped basil, parsley and two tuna in olive oil, add the chopped everything for a few minutes.
In a separate skillet, seasoning for 10 minutes at moderate heat the tomatoes, making sure to chopping while cooking with a fork.
Having boiled the macaroni al dente, drain and toss with about 2/3 of the tuna sauce.
Arrange in a baking dish half the quantity of dough and spread over this anchovies and tomato fillets.
Cover with the remaining dough and the rest of the sauce, then place in a hot oven (200 degrees) for about 5 minutes.
Serve the whole thing just removed from the oven.

- 400 g of fresh anchovies
- 300 g of pasta macaroni type
- 1/2 onion
- 50 g of tuna in olive oil
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- Salt
- Pepper
