Maccheroni al ragù with iron
Instructions
Gently Brown the meat in lard.
Wash, Peel and remove the seeds, then cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the meat, then add the Basil and season with salt and pepper.

Condirvi the dough by combining the pecorino.
