Macaroni onion
Instructions
Cut the bacon into small cubes and FRY in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
When Golden and crisp will get it out from the Pan and keep warm.
Finely slice the onions and let them sweat the same Bacon oil.
Add a pinch of chili powder.
Boil macaroni in salted water, drain and pour into the pan with the onions, then add the bacon and let flavour for a few minutes.
Season with grated pecorino cheese.

- 350 g of pasta macaroni type
- 200 g of white onions
- 100 g of bacon (sliced from 100 g)
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
