Maccheroni alla toranese
Instructions
Cut into cubes the bacon, fry it with oil in a pan, then remove it and put it aside.
In a pan put chopped onion finely, add salt and cook until it becomes chrome.
At this point add the browned bacon.
Boil macaroni in lightly salted water, drain them al dente and toss with the grated pecorino cheese and fried Bacon and onion.
Serve the chili.

- 400 g of type pasta mak (or maltagliati)
- 100 g of lean bacon
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 large onions
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Grated pecorino cheese
