Macaroni chicken sauce
Instructions
Private chicken breast and drumstick's cartilage, cut it into cubes and roast in 1 pan with butter and chopped onion; Add peas, tomato pulp, concentrate and add 1 ladleful of hot water mixed with saffron.
Add salt, pepper and cook the sauce for 20 minutes.
Boil the pasta and serve with the chicken ragout.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type

- 2 sachets of saffron
