Macaroni in spring
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
Boil the peas, diced prosciutto cut, mince the parsley and put everything into a bowl.
Cook pasta in salted water, drain it al dente, pour it in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
