Preparing ice in the shaker with pouring the ingredients in order.
Shake vigorously and serve in a cocktail glass well.
Garnish with a cherry red and a spiral of orange peel.

- 3/10 white sandeman port wine (white wine)
- 1/10 apricot bols
- For garnishing:
- 1 red icing
- Spiral 1 of orange zest
