Juniper-Flavoured Pork Loin
Instructions
Carve the meat in several places and place the pieces of scallions.
Collect In a bowl chopped onion, crushed juniper berries, Bay leaves, wine, oil, salt and pepper.
Lay the pork loin and let marinate for 2 hours.
Sgocciolatela, wrap it in bacon slices, bind them with a few rounds of white kitchen Twine and place it in a roasting pan with the remaining oil.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook the meat it occasionally with cooking or with a few tablespoons of the marinade.
Remove any twine, slice the pork loin into thin slices, place on serving dish and cover with the hot sauce.
