Instructions

Chop the bacon with garlic, onion, Rosemary and Sage.

Sauté the chopped with oil and butter, add the pork loin into strips, sprinkle with a little harbour and evaporate.

Season with salt, sprinkle with flour, add the broth and cook for 15 minutes.

Finally, season with Worcestershire sauce.
