Instructions
Put the drugs in the usual pot to soak in wine and alcohol for 10 days, taking care to stir twice a day with a wooden spoon.
Filter and add the honey.
Bottle closing with sealing wax and wait a month before consumption.
They take a shot before or after meals as a stimulant of the stomach or digestive tract.
In addition to these properties the gentian liquor is an excellent regulator of the spleen and liver.
It is inadvisable to use pregnant women.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 20 g of more gentian (grated root)
- 5 g of juniper berries
- 20 g of bitter orange (zest)
- 10 g of mint
- 5 g of faggot
- 5 g of sage
- 80 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 100 cl of dry white wine with high alcohol content
- 50 g of honey
