Almond liqueur
Instructions
Coarsely chopped almonds and pounded the kernels in a mortar, making sure to peel the stones delle marasche, then put to soak for five days in brandy, stirring frequently.
After this period in syrup sugar, add it to rest and filtered.
This liquor consumed fresh, or imbottigliatelo, if you will be able to resist the temptation.

- 100 cl of grappa
- 100 g of fishing pits
- 50 g of sweet almonds
- 25 g of marasche kernels
- 350 g of cinnamon in the barrel
- 200 g of water
