Linguine with celery
Instructions
Finely chop onion, celery, carrot and Bacon and saute for 10 minutes 4 tablespoons oil.
Combine the tomatoes, add salt and cook covered and sweet heat, stirring occasionally, until a thick sauce.
Cook the linguine, drain and coat with the sauce, a knob of butter, parmesan and basil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta linguine
- 1/2 onion
- 1 heart of celery (including leaves)
- 30 g of bacon
- 1 carrot
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- Some leaves of basil
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
