Instructions
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and slowly add the flour and sugar, then cream and grated lemon peel and mix very gently.
Put the dough into the syringe for cakes and place the spout crushed; flour a baking dish and squeeze dough strips 6-7 cm long, spaced between them.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
