Language in white wine jelly
Instructions
Prepare gelatin according to the instructions, but add 1/4 of white wine in place of cold water.
Arrange on a serving dish 300 g cooked sliced tongue and garnished with green olives and artichokes in olive oil.
Pour over gelatin semifreddo.
Let thicken remaining gelatin, then cut it into cubes, put them on fresh salad leaves and then soak them on the edge of the dish all around the language.
Put in the refrigerator an hour before serving.
