Blue pot roast
Instructions
Clean the fish and cut into slices or sections, removing the heads.
Prepare a very fine wrought all the smells and saute without taking colour.
Add the floured fish and FRY, add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover with wax paper wet and mild simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serve on slices of toasted bread and Ph.

- 400 g of fresh tomato salsa
- 500 g of bread
