Stewed lentils with sausages
Instructions
Let soften in water lentils for a night out, then boil very nicely al dente in lightly salted water.
In an earthenware dish fry a chopped onion, celery, carrot and Marjoram with olive oil, crumbled meat of joining 1 sausage.
When the sausage grease will be fully dissolved, add the wine and let it evaporate, add the sausages and rosolatele on all sides, add the tomato and continue cooking for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the lentils well finally drained completely and dispose of cooking.

- 9 fresh sausages
- 400 g of lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 sprig of marjoram
- 300 g of tomato
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
