Lentils salad
Instructions
Boil the lentils with the bay leaf and 1/2 onion.
Prepare a sauce with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Drain the lentils and coat with the sauce, the tomatoes cut into wedges, the other 1/2 thinly sliced onion and sliced sausage.
Stir well and serve while still warm.

- 200 g of lentils
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 pork sausages
- 1 onion
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
