Leda crusta
Instructions
This cocktail is prepared in the glass (a glass) with the crusta.
This is achieved by rubbing the rim with the lemon slice and dipping it then quickly into sugar, so that they form a white strip of about half a centimetre.
Keep the glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes for the curdling crusta.
Shaken for a few seconds all the ingredients, then pour the mixture into the glass.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 clove of lemon
- Sugar
- 5 cubes ice
- 2 tablespoons of gin
- 2 tablespoons of mandaverna
- 2 tablespoons of cinzano rosé
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
