The noodles
Instructions
Place the flour on a pastry Board and wood, in the Middle rompervi the eggs with oil.
Begin to mix with a fork, add the salt and continue until the dough is firm.
Form a dough, cover with a cloth and let rest for about 30 minutes.
When the dough is ready with a rolling pin roll out the dough to about 2 mm thick (or whichever you prefer).
Let dry the pasta and sprinkle with flour.
Roll up the dough and cut it.
Meanwhile, fry the garlic, add tomatoes, basil leaves, chillies and salt.
Cook the noodles in salted water.
Drain and dress with the sauce.

- For the noodles:
- 400 g of white flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- For the sauce:
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Some leaves of basil
- 1 chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
