Stuffed Lettuce (Lattughe Ripiene)
Instructions
Remove the lettuce leaves first, then clean it carefully and place them in boiling salted water until half-cooked lasciandovele.
Drain and, when they are cooled, pressatele with your hands to remove the excess water.
Open them in half and put a compound made of soft-type sausage mixed with grated cheese.
Close the lettuce and legatele with a white wire.
Let them FRY in a saucepan combine also chopped vegetables and herbs.
You go slowly, adding a bit of nut broth.
When they are cooked, cut and arrange on a serving dish covered by their sauce with croutons fried in butter.

- 1000 g of lettuce salad
- 200 g of fresh sausage
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- Parsley
- Basil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 nut
- Olive oil
- Butter
