Surprise lettuce
Instructions
Clean and cut, sliced onions, carrots and fennel, add salt and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, taking care not to ammaccarle.
Place in each quarter of leaf vegetables, slices of hard boiled egg and anchovies.
Season with a little oil and serve.
